学英语这么多年，大家都知道和时间time相关的词语表达可不少。
例如:on time、in time、in no time、at times，虽然长得都很相似，但一个介词不同意思也会相差很远，总是容易分不清楚。
如何区分on time和in time呢？
on time（按时）：是在规定时间内到达、完成；
in time（及时）：是踩点到达或完成，是突出没有延误或耽误事情的意思。
再看看这句话你是否能get到二者区别：“每天我要按时（on time）到校，放学及时（in time）回家。”和time相关的词语表达你都知道怎么区分吗？

另一半时间，门打不开。

at times 有时候
例句：He is an intelligent person, but he can be quite stubbornat times.
他是个很聪明的人，但是有时候他也会很固执。
例句：At times,I wondered if we were doing the right thing.
有时候，我会想我们是不是做了正确的事。

from time to time 有时，偶尔
例句1：We go to the cinemafrom time to time.
我们偶尔去看场电影。
例句2：From time to time,it's nice to let someone else make the decisions.
有时候，让别人做决定也挺好的。

in time 及时

他们及时赶上最后一趟出城的火车。

（only）time will tell 时间会告诉我们答案
例句1：“Will he be OK?”
